GoFundMe for an Injured Wrestler
On January 21, 2017 Myles Molnar (15) was in a scramble on the mat when his head/neck got jammed between his chest and his opponent.
Although the motion didn’t look like anything out of the ordinary at the time, we knew instantly that there was a problem. Myles suffered a severe dislocation of the C5-C6 vertebrae, and required emergency surgery that day. He has since been medevaced to the states where he is hospitalized and receiving treatment, occupational therapy and physical therapy
At this stage, Myles is still paralyzed from the chest down (with limited, but ever improving use of his arms and hands). We are all hopeful with regards to his recovery, but there are some pretty serious challenges ahead for him and his family.
We are hoping that the gofundme initiative can get shared globally, and obviously we are hoping for any donations (no matter how small).
